Jesus answers Prayer!

Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. (Acts 3:1-8 KJV)
So many need healing, many need deliverance, many are in need for their unborn child or children, many are emotionally broken, spiritually broken, many are___________ (fill in the blank).
They have tried this and that searched here and there, fasted, prayed, read, bought and sold and so many other things and some are so ludicrous it beggars description. The lengths people will go to try and obtain salvation, wealth, happiness, deliverance, healing, love and a home in eternity. Making it so hard, they soon quit out of fear or frustration. Fear because they feel they cannot make it or frustration because it seems to them that others have made it and they have not or they are too impatient....
Jesus stands ready to help you just as He helped this man at the gate Beautiful. Some will say, “Jesus was not there" … Ok …. Who is the healer, who sent the comforter, who died for us that He (the Holy Spirit) may come, who is the savior, in whose name are we sent forth, who is, and was and always shall be……? JESUS!
I told people last week as I was ministering … you do not have problems if you put the cross in the middle of it … you have the solution. The cross being the hallmark of History – is not about a patibulum and a stipe ( Crux composita) but it is about History – it is about what happened on Calvary when Jesus reached down for us and saved us…His death brought us life, Praise The Lord Jesus!
Today – no matter who or where you are – your Three O’clock is coming …. It is on the way. As we read here – the Ninth hour (which is 3PM) – Peter and John were going to pray …. I did not say to A.A. / to the Bar / to a twelve step program / to get a jar of miracle spring water / … I said and the Word says they were going to Pray! As they walked Peter saw this man in need and said “ look on us". He did not offer money as many say will bless, he did not offer this man ‘the power of positive thinking" , he never offered the man a set of manmade rules created in and for a man run church…. they never offered anything except Jesus and in that name the Man stood, walked, ran and leaped …. Now ….oh! My! …. That should make you stand and shout …. Jesus is so great!
Prayer opens doors, causes growth, gives life, mends hearts, Prayers is the key that will open Hevaen and shower down on you like an April rain storm….Nothing in this world can compete with Jesus, nothing can compete with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords … Jesus is all and in all and He is our all – if we will but allow Him to be …
He is waiting to meet you at three O’clock - - will you come to Him today … give Him your care, give Him your burdens … He will, He does and He can answer prayer and He can change your life and your circumstance…. All for FREE… all you have to do is ask and believe….Jesus is the only way.
Jesus is and will always be exactly what your faith says He will be and do.
